Ceaser 0848 needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Meet adorable, playful Ceaser who we believe is around 1.5 years old. He loves playing with jolly balls, large chuck-it kick balls and making our volunteers laugh. He knows “sit” and takes treats gently. He does react to other dogs, so we feel he may do best as an only dog for now. This may change with further training. No cats for this cute guy. He is such a great young guy - seems intelligent and eager to please. He does need a home with a fenced in yard.
